Returns Policy

Pippinwood Naturals will do everything possible to make sure your products arrive in good condition. We strive to make quality products that our customers are proud to use.

In the unfortunate event that your order is received in poor condition, please contact us and we will be happy to exchange your product.
We do not offer refunds due to the nature of our products. We will however work with you to provide a replacement or store credit if you are not happy with your purchase.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a replacement or store credit. Proof of purchase will also need to be provided.
If you have purchased an item from one of our stockists, please contact them directly for a refund or exchange. Proof of purchase will also be required.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of replacement or store credit

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items cannot be exchanged.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please use the address on your shipping label. Or contact us directly for our address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
